- Optional website analytics if you accept cookies (for example pages viewed, device type, browser, and approximate location), processed by Vercel Web Analytics.
- Information you send directly to us by email (for example name, institution, and message content).
- Limited operational data when you choose Stripe checkout links from our universities page, processed by Stripe.
Why We Process Data
- To run and secure the website.
- To measure and improve site usage when you consent to analytics.
- To answer inquiries and manage university partnership requests.
- To process subscription payments through Stripe when a university chooses a paid tier.
- To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.
Third Parties
Payments are handled by Stripe. Their processing is governed by Stripe's own legal terms and privacy documentation. If you accept analytics cookies, usage data is processed by Vercel as our analytics provider. See Vercel's privacy policy. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention
We keep operational logs for security and maintenance as needed, and retain email correspondence for legitimate business follow-up, recordkeeping, and legal purposes.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of personal data. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
